Initially an oenologist, Fabien Castelbou established his estate in 2015 and is a grower-member at Cournonsec. From the outset, he has been involved in the cooperative with the same commitment he shows today as president of Occitanie Cooperative Winegrowers. His engagement has grown tenfold and changed in scale, but remains dedicated to a profession that deserves daily investment.
